Amy's injuries that I know of..there may be more

Dislocated collar bone- Raw March 13th, 2000:
This was caused from a powerbomb by Eddie Guerrero. She couldn't lift weights for about 6 weeks.

Sprained Ankle- She had a sprained ankle that was bothering her for some time, but she wrestled with it.

 Stitches- Survivor Series November 19th, 2000:
She recieved four stitches above her left eye. This was because of an ensiguiri kick as Ivory bumped, her heel connected with the corner of Lita's left eye.

 Cracked pars in her back- Resulted after a superplex off the top rope from Dean Malenko.

Inflamed Discs- Late December 2000 - January 2001:
She had some inflamed disks in her back which caused her a lot of pain when she wrestled. She was put out of action for a few weeks and only accompanied the Hardy Boyz to the ring side. 

  Black eye- Smackdown October 29th, 2001:
Matt Hardy messed up his elbow by accidentally hitting her right eye too hard which left her with a black eye the next day.

  Broken Neck- Dark Angel April 6th, 2002:
She was dropped on her neck by a stunt woman. Her neck was broken in three places, and she had a ruptured disk between her C-6 and C-7 vertebrae. On April 30th, 2002, she underwent neck-stabilizing surgery in San Antonio.

 Busted Lip- Unforgiven September 20th, 2003:
She got her mouth busted up in her match with Molly Holly & Gail Kim. Amy suffered a badly chipped lower-front tooth – so bad, in fact, that it was almost split in two. She had also almost completely bitten through her tongue and she had a large knot under her chin.

  Tore ACL- New Years Revolution January 9th, 2005:

She was doing a move to the outside of the ring jumped down onto Trish landing hard on her left knee, she completely tore her ACL and slightly tore her meniscus, she underwent surgery on january 13th in Birmingham, Alabama, she will be out for about 6 months with it
